Northlane - Australia 2026 - Forth

The final show of Northlane’s regional 2026 tour and what's more regional than Forth pub, a small country pub in the middle of nowhere - Tassie. The middle of April is cold in Tassie but that didn't stop them showing up.

Opening the night was Heartline, A heavy/alternative outfit from Adelaide. These guys have been grinding their way through the live music scene and their set was a testament to the work they've put in.They gave us a raw high energy set, progressive rifts with a melodic edge.

They set the tone early and pulled the crowd in with intensity and grit.

Next up Reliqa turned things up again with an unpredictable eclectic sound. With a genre bending approach, singer Monique was more than capable of beautiful harmonies, deep growls and layers of what felt like hip hop bars.

Heavy riffs and atmospheric textures at high pace.

Reliqa was an immersive band that really filled the room ready for Northlane.

When Northlane did take to the stage the crowd shifted instantly.

Originating from Sydney, Northlane have become a defining feature of Australian heavy music. They fuse progressive metalcore with industrial and electronic components and put on massive sets.

This set in little old Forth was enormous. They delivered fan favourites like Carbonised and Talking heads as well as new tracks to keep us on our toes.

Pounding rhythms and layers of electronic soundscapes, it's brutal and mesmerizing. Northlane are as contemporary as it gets with a futuristic feel and tight production to match.

Heartline and Reliqa brought the energy we needed.

Then Northlane sent  us on a neon hyperdrive.

Thanks Forth
