Golden Plains turns 18

Held near the fine town of Meredith in Victoria’s Shire of Golden Plains, the eighteenth edition of the Golden Plains Festival is gearing up to deliver another unforgettable weekend with the Golden Plains lineup boasting Basement Jaxx , Marlon Williams and The Yarra Benders with Ngā Mātai Pūrua, Smerz, Cut Copy, Jalen Ngonda, Ty Segall, Obongjayar, Francois K , Water From Your Eyes, Frost Children and more set to take over the Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre

Proudly independent and free from commercial sponsorship, Golden Plains which runs from the 7th - 9th of March, remains a true community event. Each ticket sold helps support regional organisations doing great things across the Golden Plains district, made possible by the generosity of local residents who help host the festival each year.

Natured and nurtured since the early nineties for the singular purpose of hosting something truly remarkable, the Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre continues to deliver a heaven-sent, custom-cut one stage, ample space, abundant time, and Mother Nature on the lights.

The Second Round Ballot for tickets is now open until 10:18 pm AEDT, Monday the 20th of October. Introduced in 2007 to ensure a fair and stress-free ticket process, the Ballot gives fans the first opportunity to secure their place at one of Australia’s most cherished independent festivals. Enter via goldenplains.com.au.

Every Golden Plains ticket is an all-inclusive pass to a weekend of pure magic, two days and two nights in one of the most loved and uniquely Australian festival settings. The ticket price covers parking, camping, booking fees, car passes, BYO convenience, and even a spin on The Eye.
