Beyond The Valley 2023

After plastering cryptic posters all over the streets, Australia’s largest New Year’s Eve festival, Beyond The Valley, has finally unveiled its stacked lineup for this year’s event. Taking to the three stages will be RÜFÜS DU SOL, Central Cee, Peggy Gou, Kelis, Mall Grab, Destroy Lonely, G Flip, Channel Tres, Jayda G, Romy, DMA’S and more. The festival will once again take place at the picturesque Barunah Plains, Hesse over 4 days from 28th December - 1st January, with the Untitled Group, utilising the 100,000 square metre natural amphitheatre that the beautiful location boasts, and being just a short drive from the centre of Melbourne, this is the ultimate in new years celebrations taking place in Victoria.

Beyond The Valley has confirmed the return of their 3 acclaimed stages. The Valley Stage boasts an expansive custom design and world-class production. The Dance Dome with a massive 70-metre-wide LED wall and the much-loved Dr Dan's. Other event offerings include architecturally designed stages, a Ferris wheel, an inflatable wedding chapel, roving drag performances by Poof Doof Pride Patrol, the return of ‘Schmall Klub’ a concealed party you have to discover, swimming pools, The Inspired Unemployed’s “Better Beer” Beach Club and The Sanctuary where yoga and various wellness activities can be enjoyed. The only dedicated podcast stage at an Australian music festival, The Podcast Stage, presented by The Daily Aus, will also be making its return and will be headlined by Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Shay, bringing her podcast ‘Scheananigans With Scheana Shay’ to Australia for the very first time.

BYV again has demonstrated its commitment to making a positive difference with $1 from every BTV ticket sold to be donated to Igniting Change, a tiny charity supporting the toughest issues, as well as the festival will again work with Treecreds to offset emissions, with 1208 tonnes of carbon last year being offset last year. Beyond The Valley will continue its tradition of supporting the local community already injecting $50,000 into financial contributions for local community initiatives, supporting the work of Children’s Ground, a First Nations run and led organisation creating change for future generations, BridgeIt, creating homes, not just houses for young women experiencing homelessness.

For the first time, festival and camping tickets will be available to be purchased separately to suit varying requirements as well as payment plan options on offer. This year, the festival organisers have elevated their camping options, introducing Pre-Pitched tents on top of their usual Lux, Premium, and General Camping choices. The VIP upgrade offers private access to a cocktail bar, toilets and the comfort of lush lounges. The festival entry-only ticket gives festival-goers the option to stay in local accommodations or return home each night.

Due to the demand of this year's event, BTV is encouraging everyone to register for presale as the best chance to secure a ticket.
