Peter Noble OAM, Festival Director in a statement released yesterday expressed his surprise and gratitude at the nomination

“To be nominated alongside Glastonbury Festival, Coachella, Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival, Bonnaroo Festival, Lollapalooza USA & Brazil, Austin City Limits and others, is simply up there with the greatest things that has ever happened in my 50 years in the industry.” 

In what has been a very difficult two years for his festival this must be a bitter sweet nomination, as his team work tirelessly to reschedule this years 2021 event that was cancelled at the very last minute in circumstances beyond his teams control..
