The Gum Ball turns 20

Australia’s best laid-back festival experience, The Gum Ball returns in 2025 ready to celebrate a very special milestone as next year marks the event's 20th anniversary. Spanning three days and nights, 25th, 26th & 27th April 2025, The Gum Ball will again be a family-friendly and fully inclusive festival with a focus on great live music while also offering original art, comedy, pro skateboarding, a Silent Disco, markets, workshops, camping and more.

Held on the picturesque bushlands of Dashville (Wonnarua) Lower Belford, Hunter Valley, NSW, the festival’s lineup will boast a broad range of artists and bands from across the country including Ben Lee, The Peep Tempel, Grace Cummings, The Stems, Elana Stone, Kim Churchill, Karen Lee Andrews, 78 Saab, Johnston City, Boing Boing, Jack Davies & The Bush Chooks, Vanilla Gorilla, Playlunch, Claude Hay & The Kung Fu Mustard, The Ripple Effect, Quality Used Cars, Camino Gold, Delivery, Fungas, Goon Gremlins and there is plenty more still to be announced.

Hosted by a passionate small team of music enthusiasts on their family property, The Gum Ball differs from most festivals with its unique charm, and its family welcome approach has helped this boutique festival gradually grow into one of Australia’s most beloved annual events.
