Handpicked for 2026
South Australia’s beloved Handpicked Festival is turning 10, and organisers are marking the milestone with a stacked all-Australian lineup set to take over Lake Breeze Wines in Langhorne Creek on the 14th of November.
After an unprecedented response from fans, with more than 65% of tickets sold before a single artist was announced, the 2026 edition will feature Guy Sebastian, Kita Alexander, The Living End, Missy Higgins, Old Mervs and The Teskey Brothers, delivering a mix of pop, rock, indie and soul against the picturesque winery backdrop.
“Having Guy Sebastian at Handpicked for our tenth birthday feels incredibly special. He's one of Australia's most iconic artists and someone whose songs have been part of the soundtrack to so many people's lives. We've wanted to welcome Guy to Langhorne Creek for a long time, so having him make his Handpicked debut in our milestone year feels like the perfect fit.”
Hidden among vineyards and gumtrees, Handpicked Festival has grown from a grassroots gathering of just 1,400 attendees into one of South Australia’s most loved regional music events, drawing a record 9,000 festival-goers last year. Alongside live music, punters can expect award-winning wines, food trucks and the festival’s signature cocktail forest.
Created by sisters Kate Cooper and Lauren Maxfield, the family-run event has built a loyal community over the past decade, with many festival-goers returning year after year.
“The concept started around my grandparent's dining table with a pretty simple idea, to bring great Australian music to our family winery and see what happens. Ten years on, it feels pretty surreal. There’s a lot of pride, but also a bit of disbelief that it’s become what it is.”
The Handpicked Festival will kick off on Saturday November 14th at Lake Breeze Wines, Langhorne Creek.
