Music on my Mind and Money for Mental Health

DOC KAMRAN has ‘MUSIC THERAPY’ as part of ‘MUSIC ON MY MIND 2021!’

Doc Kamran (AKA Dr Kamran Ahmed) Psychiatrist and founder of electronic music platform Rave Reviewz, has just released: ‘Music Therapy’, 2 tracks of therapy, over electronic music!

No one could argue that mental health is a bigger issue in 2021 than ever before, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, so for this year’s campaign, the Doc has taken things one step further, producing these therapeutic electronic music tracks.

As part of the ‘Music on my Mind’ campaign (to improve mental health through music), the release includes the innovative double A-side includes Moody - a classic house groove track produced by Matthew Play, with tips from psychiatrist Doc Kamran on how to lift your mood when you’re down. The second track, the upbeat electronica offering, Critical Info has The Dolls Are Good on production duties and delves deep into how we can overcome the ‘inner critic’ which holds us back.

Rave Reviewz have been exploring ways to improve people’s mental health through music since it’s launch of the ‘Music on my Mind’ campaign and has raised over $40,000 AUD since conception for mental health charities through its fundraising raves and reached thousands, with music-related content to raise awareness.
