The Hoopla is real!

The UK’s renowned pop music celebration, MIGHTY HOOPLA, is officially coming to Australia for the very first time! Taking place on Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach on Saturday the 21st of February 2026, MIGHTY HOOPLA SYDNEY promises an explosion of culture, fierce performances and unapologetic pop brilliance. The festival will bring its trademark mix of music, mischief and mayhem that has made it a cult phenomenon in London.

Headling this festival extravaganza will be global pop powerhouse KESHA, whose anthems Tik Tok, We R Who We R and Joyride have defined a generation. Known for her fearless individuality and electric stage presence, she’s the perfect headliner for Hoopla’s Aussie debut. While the full lineup is yet to be revealed, reputation dictates it will feature a kaleidoscope of pop icons, drag royalty, DJs and queer party collectives from the UK and Australia.

“Mighty Hoopla has always been about freedom, inclusivity and unfiltered fun,” says co-founder Jamie Tagg. “After Kesha’s incredible headline set in London earlier this year, we knew she was the one to launch our first Australian edition.”

Tickets start from $169.90 + BF (VIP $299.90 + BF), with limited $99.90 + BF options available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and select concession holders.
