URBAN ICON launches this September

A brand new touring festival is being added to the calendar this September and we can’t wait. URBAN ICON will be hitting four of our capital cities with a star studded lineup of RnB and Hip Hop artists direct from the USA. The lineup will include J-KWON, CALI SWAG DISTRICT, IYAZ, RUFF ENDZ, NEW BOYZ and the YING YANG TWINS with the heavy-weights supported by THE CLUB JOINT ALLSTARS which consists of locals DJ Moto, DJ Peter Gunz, DJ Demo, DJ Tikelz & DJ Victor Lopez, with MC Rodney O on hosting duties.

The 2023 line up has been chosen perfectly to bring us the massive club hits of the 2000s-2010s era as well as some of the game changing songs that brought RnB and Hip Hop to the fore front of the popular music charts. URBAN ICON is set to become a regularly feature on the annual festival circuit with each year’s edition showcasing a unique theme which is perfectly demonstrated in 2023’s inaugural kick off theme locked in with the ‘Club Hits’ theme.
