Woodstock’s Legends Of Country

A brand new all Australian country music festival has been announced; the Legends of Country Festival is set to take place at the tranquil location of Woodstock Farm in Tamborine Village on the 31st of May. Prestented by the The Youth Enterprise Trust (YET), Woodstock Farm will host giants in our country music scene including Lee Kernaghan, Troy Cassar-Daley, Casey Barnes and Sara Storer, plus more of the local talent from this genre such as former Australian Idol Wesley Deane (Carr), Toyota Star Maker Tamworth Finalist Briana Dinsdale, and local swingers Rusty Pickups, all of whom are fast becoming big names of the genre in their own right, to provide a day full of great music and great memories.

The Legends of Country festival is not just about incredible music, it’s also an opportunity to support youth programs that inspire and uplift the next generation
— YET spokesperson, Don McDonald

YET, a Queensland-based charity with the mission to improve the lives of young people through engagement with the environment, education, and entrepreneurship, purchased Woodstock Farm, a 121-hectare, beautifully unique farm ideally positioned in the SEQ Hinterland, in 1992 with the aim to raise funds via festivals and events to help facilitate this goal, with all profit from Woodstock Farm: Legends of Country going directly towards the charity’s important work. The venue’s picturesque location and rustic charm will provide the idyllic backdrop for a magic day out, with great music, great food and the opportunity to see Australia’s true country legends all in one place.

Tickets are available now via www.woodstockfarm.com.au and Oztix
