Rolling Sets
The Rolling Sets Music Festival 2024, held on December 7 at The Entrance Memorial Park in New South Wales, was a triumphant celebration of music, showcasing a lineup that catered to a broad range of tastes. Headlined by UK indie-rock icons The Wombats in an exclusive New South Wales appearance, the festival also featured Australian favourites Lime Cordiale, G Flip, and rising star Ruel. The event drew a lively crowd who revelled in the mix of energetic performances, vibrant coastal scenery, and a festival atmosphere .
Pop stars like Peach PRC and Mallrat brought a whimsical charm to the stage, while bands such as Old Mervs and The Grogans added an indie and surf-rock edge. Emerging talents, including Lola Scott and Jet City Sports Club, were given the chance to shine, reinforcing Rolling Sets’ commitment to spotlighting up-and-coming artists. With three distinct stages, including The Lab and House of Strings, attendees enjoyed an eclectic mix of sounds, ranging from indie and pop to electronic and acoustic performances.
The festival’s well-planned layout and scenic oceanfront location enhanced the experience, offering attendees easy access to amenities, food, and entertainment. The crowd’s energy, combined with impeccable weather, created a perfect summer vibe. VIP ticket holders benefited from exclusive perks such as ocean-view stages, private bars, and priority access, adding a touch of luxury to the event.
Rolling Sets 2024 lived up to its reputation as a Central Coast summer highlight. With its mix of global and local talent, dynamic performances, and community-driven spirit, the festival left fans eagerly anticipating next year’s edition.
