Meet Georgia Kidd: The Woman Behind The Aux, Driving Creative Success for Bands and Artists

In today’s entertainment industry, talent alone isn’t always enough. Behind every successful artist, brand, television production and live event is a team working tirelessly behind the scenes to bring ideas to life, create memorable experiences and connect with audiences. That’s exactly where Georgia Kidd and The Aux come in.

Founded by Sydney-based entrepreneur and creative director Georgia Kidd, The Aux has quickly established itself as one of the leading movement-led creative agencies, helping artists, management teams, brands, production companies, television networks and event organisers transform ideas into impactful creative experiences. Having worked with artists including Jordin Sparks, Shenseea, Stefflon Don, Libianca, ONEFOUR and more, Georgia's vision has never been about chasing trends. Instead, it's about creating authentic experiences that strengthen the connection between artists, brands and the people they're trying to reach.

"Every artist and every business has a story worth translating." – Georgia Kidd

Whether it's a stadium tour, music video, television production, commercial campaign, fashion launch, award show, festival, corporate event or brand activation, The Aux develops bespoke creative solutions tailored to each project's vision, audience and objectives. From sourcing and managing world-class dancers to choreography, movement direction, creative direction, casting, rehearsal management, creative development and full-scale performance production, The Aux provides an end-to-end creative service that allows clients to work with one trusted team from concept through to final delivery.

No two projects are the same, with every artist having a different identity, every brand has a different audience, and every production has different goals. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, Georgia works collaboratively with every client to understand exactly what they want to achieve, developing tailored creative strategies that use movement to elevate storytelling, strengthen brand identity and create unforgettable moments. So, whether a client needs a single choreographer, a cast of elite dancers, complete creative direction for a live show, movement consultation for film or television, or an entire performance concept built from the ground up, The Aux adapts its approach to suit the scale, budget and vision of every project.

"Quality, talent and professionalism are the standard we deliver—no matter the scale, location or creative brief." – Georgia Kidd

With a growing international network of creatives and dancers, The Aux continues to deliver projects across the globe, proving that movement isn't just performance—it's one of the most powerful ways to tell a story, build a brand and leave a lasting impression.

Fast Four with Georgia Kidd

Favourite Artist/Band: I find enjoyment in all music, from Country to Rap. Each genre/artist always has something offer from a personal expressive point of view. Therefore, I couldn’t pinpoint a certain artist and or band I feel is number one.

Career Highlight: My favourite career moment up to this point was being given the opportunity to choreograph, danced backup and lead a team, for Jordin Sparks Australian Tour, and performing in front of 35,000 fans at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne.

Best Advice for Upcoming Artists/Band: The hardest thing to maintain but the one thing that will set you apart is consistency and authenticity.

Be consistent in who you are. Be authentic in what you create.

Too many talented people hold themselves back because they're constantly chasing the next trend, hoping for more views, followers or engagement. But when you're always changing to fit what's popular, your audience never gets to know who you really are.

People don't follow you because you do what everyone else is doing. They follow you because of what makes you different. Trends come and go, but a clear identity builds trust, loyalty and a brand that lasts.

Quality over quantity. Authenticity over algorithms. Consistency over chasing trends.

What’s next for The Aux: The Aux is constantly evolving and expanding its services, growing a community, creating opportunities and developing innovative strategies that continue to reshape the entertainment industry through movement.

From touring with internationally recognised artists and delivering world-class creative direction to supplying elite dancers, producing live experiences and building brands through strategic digital campaigns, The Aux continues to push creative boundaries on a global scale.

As the industry evolves, so does The Aux commitment to championing talent, driving culture and creating opportunities that leave a lasting impact.
