Brisbane alt-prog rockers inovo have released their brand new immersive single titled ’Swim Alone’. The song blends groove with moody textures and also is also accompanied by a visual feast that sucks you deeper into the band’s sonic universe. inovo will officially launch ‘Swim Alone’ on Friday the 31st of March at BackDock Arts in Brisbane but before then we caught up with the band to ask them about the new track, the metal scene in Brissy and what fans can expect release wise for the rest of the year.
After the success of their previous singles ‘Burning Holes’ & ‘Good Whiskey’, Kingswood have released their latest song ‘Home’, the fourth track from their newly released album of the same name. ‘Home’ is an Alt-country-rock tinged ode to love, adventure and romance that once was which Kingswood fans are going to lap up'. While the band are in the midst of a huge 120+ date tour, Kingswood kindly took a break to chat to us about the new album, that MASSIVE tour and that time they played with Aerosmith.
ANGUS MCCOLL has released his latest track, ‘DEAD’, a sonically dreamy, indie - electro soundscape your going to adore. The accompanying video for DEAD, directed by Jordy Simpson is a dark, cinematic masterpiece that the self taught musician is super proud of and he’s so happy to finally share it with the world. Queensland Punks, Fake News celebrated Australia Day with the drop of their brand new and long awaited single, Nothing Town. Sydney singer-songwriter Jordan Wilson has released his new track ‘Terminals’, new song is dreamlike with the charms of otherworldly delights. Inspired by a cultural reset, Leonard Cohen and some well-timed real-life craziness, ‘Terminals’ is also accompanied by the release of a captivating and strong music video.
